Participants must be a legal resident of the United States and over the age of 18 in order to qualify for the MyIntent bracelet Gift with Shipment offer. Only registered users who have submitted and shipped an item through Worthy.com since the beginning of the promotion are eligible for the MyIntent bracelet Gift with Shipment offer. Upon receipt of your item at the Worthy Auction Center New York City Headquarters, Worthy will provide you with a link to an online form in which you will be able to choose the customized settings of the bracelet and fill in the information needed for the gift shipping. The link to the form will be sent to the user’s registered email address. The promotion allows 1 unique MyIntent bracelet gift per eligible customer. Customer’s eligibility will be validated by Worthy based on item shipment status. Offer valid until June 30, 2017, while supplies last.
